What is an assisted living residence?
Assisted living residences are a special combination of housing and personalized support services designed to meet the needs — both scheduled and non-scheduled — of those who require help with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and other personal care needs.

resident care plan

What is the cost of assisted living?
The cost of assisted living varies with each residence. It will depend on the size and location of the apartment and the amount of services needed by a specific resident. Monthly fees are based on rent, utilities, food, housekeeping, personal care and other optional services and amenities.
Assisted living costs are generally less than those for a skilled nursing facility because nursing homes are required to provide intensive, 24-hour skilled and related care.
How do I determine if a New Spring Senior Community is affordable for me?
Our mission is to provide high quality, affordable assisted
living in a warm, home-like setting. We offer several financial options depending on your income and your clinical needs. To compare your current monthly expenses to the monthly expenses of living in a New Spring Senior Community, download the cost comparison worksheet here.
Our communities are an affordable option for many seniors who financially qualify under our low-income housing tax credit program. All applicants for residency will be screened to determine their financial eligibility. In addition, all of our residences participate in the Group Adult Foster Care program, which offers public funds for individuals who are both financially and clinically eligible for the program.
